JOSEPH, MO - SACRMENTO, CALIF *. In the center are the names +Russell +Majors + Waddell. The 4¢ brown stamp is commemorative of the PONY EXPRESS 1860 - 1960. Below the stamp is stamped FIRST DAY OF ISSUE
