A business sized envelope and an insert for Richardson's Claret Wine Flavor Syrup and recipes.

Context

A. (front side) Richardson's Claret Wine Flavor Syrup A Real Claret Flavor ***** Claret Syrup is made from a base of real Claret Wine and so produces as to meet Goverment requirements. It can be used to make a straight Claret drink by adding 5 or 6 ounces of plain or carbonated water to an ounce of fountain strength Claret Syrup. But the best value of Claret Syrup is in combination with other flavors. ***** RICHARDSON CORPORATION ROCHESTER, N. Y. (back side) CLARET-ORANGEADE ½ oz. Liberty or Orange Rich fountain Syrup ½ oz. Claret Syrup 5 or 6 ounces of plain or carbonated ice water The above combination may be used with other Liberty or "Maid of Honor: Fruit Syrups, being particularly good with Strawberry, Raspberry and Loganberry and Grape Drinks. CLARET-CHOCOLATE SODA ½ oz. Claret Syrup 1 oz. Double Strength Reddy Chocolate or Bittersweet Sauce Syrup Put syrup in 10- or 12-ounce coarse stream carbonated water. Fill glass about half full with coarse stream carbonated water. Add dipper Vanilla or Chocolate ice cream. Finish filling glass with alternate fine and course stream carbonated water, playing fine stream on ice cream to beat it up. B. (envelope) The return address shows 'The "Maid of Honor: Diary from The Richardson Corporation Rochester, New York Box 1054 It is addressed to Mr. Holly Fulton, c/o C. D. Smith Drug Co., 313 S. Third St., St. Joseph, Mo. An embossed 1¢ olive green stamp. On the side it reads Rochester, N. Y. (Sec. 435½ P. L. & R.). The stamp has not been cancelled
