A empty envelope from S. P. Platt, Chicago, Ill to Curt Kuehn, St. Joseph, Mo., postmarked Chicago, Ill JUN 6 1940 AIRMAIL

Context

On the left lower side the envelope reads ** SPECIAL DELIVERY AIR MAIL ** It contains five rose colored 2¢ added stamps and a round orange embossed 6¢ Air Mail stamp with an airplane in the middle. It has red and blue marks around the outer edge. The back side has two R.E.C.D. marks dated JUN 7 1940
