It is postmarked Honolulu, Hawaii SEP 25, 1947. It contains an orange 6¢ AIR MAIL stamp but, is over stamped to read 'Buy U. S. Saving Bonds - Ask Your Postmaster' - 'REVALUED 5¢'.
