Context

The return address displays 'Fourth World Bowls Championship, Frankston Victoria, Australia 16 Jan - 2 Feb, 1980. The postage, Australia 20¢, is a darker green with a man bowling. There is no 'to' address. The postmark is PHILATELIC SALES CENTRE, (a drawing of the Sydney Opera House), 16 JAN 1980, Sydney N. S. W. . There is a large black and smaller white circle on the left side. On the back is an explanation of the Championship and its history.
