There is no 'to; or 'from address. It is postmarked Washington, DC FEB 24 1971. The U.S. 6¢ postage is a blue rectangle with 'White House Conference on Youth 1971' and a series of triple capital Y's' in the center' Below is stamped 'FIRST DAY OF ISSUE'. To the left is a large set of hands reaching up to the earth. Below reads "To Determine Youths Involvement In Foreign Policies, Ecology , Race Relations, Education, Drug Usage and Control. First Day of Issue.' Along the edge reads 'White House Conference on Youth 1971.'
