Scope and Content

Family rings: Gold with a pearl inscribed "Frank to Pet, Nov. 72". Gold with five saphires inscribed "Mary Leach, 12/12/1886". This ring was one of a set of three. the other two were matching with different stones: Diamonds and rubies. The two missing rings were stolen, with other jewelry, from my mother's apartment when she lived at an assisted living center in downtown St. Joseph during her mid- 80's. The saphire ring had dropped into the sofa cushions and was later discovered by my brother, Stephen, after my mother's death in 2012. The Frank and Pet of the inscription are unknown to me.
