Faith United Church of Christ Project Correspondence, St. Joseph, 1967. Files of Brunner & Brunner Architects. Project to build a new church called Faith United Church of Christ at 3025 Karnes Road (Karnes Road and Abersold Lane, near junction with Ashland Avenue), St. Joseph, MO. Included is the Dedication Service Program, dated May 21, 1967. This new congregation is the successor to and emergent entity from the merger of three congregations: First Congregational Christian Church (1867), Trinity Evangelical and Reformed Church (1874), and First Evangelical and Reformed Church (1892). They are replacing the current congregational building at 13th & Jules Streets. File includes correspondence, contract, pay requests, change orders, proposals, architect's statement, transmittals, insurance, bonds, guarantee, drawings.
