Federal Reserve Note two dollar bill series of 1976, serial number J06290038A. Front: Marked "C" and "10". Large portrait of Jefferson centered. "THIS NOTE IS LEGAL TENDER FOR ALL DEBTS PUBLIC AND PRIVATE" is written to the left, above a seal saying "FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF KANSAS CITY MISSOURI" with a "J" in the center. "TWO" is written over a treasury seal to the right. A stamp has been placed on the bill, showing the U.S. Capitol Building below a 13 star flag. On top of that is a circular stamp saying "ST JOSEPH USPO" with "APR 13 1976" in the middle. Back: Large portrait of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, 1776. 6.25"lx2.75"h
