News Photo: Kelli Constable pushed water out of a friend's house on the river front Wednesday. Nearly all the homes in the Water Works Road area have been red tagged by the city, meaning they are considered unfit to live in. About 5 feet of water and tons of mud poured into the homes during the flooding.
