News Photo: Captain Andy Halter, center moved out of the way after opening a door to Building 52 on the Air Guard Base at Rosecrans Memorial Airport Thursday afternoon to allow Joe Davis, left and Terry Grinlinton to enter. The men have to check for toxic fumes or chemicals inside and clear the building before any cleanup work can begin.
