1. Luria-Nebraska Neuropsychological Battery Children's Revision. A six page 7" x 8.5" booklet. The front page contains blanks for demographic information. Most of the other pages are blank pages with or without a black line through the middle of the page and non-sequential numbers in the top corners. Only one page has anything on it. That page has two rectangular blocks at the top of the page containing 5 squares each with a circle in various corners. The last 4 squares are labeled A, B, C, D. Below them are 8 sets of like collections of squares numbered 3 through 10. The back page is for Comments; Notes.
2. Luria-Nebraska Neuropsychological Battery. A front and back 15 page blue booklet. The cover page collects the tester's demographic information and has a scoring graph. Page 1 through 22 is the actual test containing 149 questions. The next pages have silly drawn pictures: a girl in a bikini going out into the snow, a dog sitting in a bird's nest, and a boy truing to light a camp fire in the rain. These are used part of the test for the child to say what is wrong with the pictureLexicon
