France, C. B. Death Resolution Of Respect . At the meeting of the St. Joseph Clearing House Association September 6, 1895 resolution were adopted for the death of Charles B. France. As one of the founders he continued to be an honored member until the day of his death. It was resolved that for the death of Charles B. France this association sincerely mourns. Signed Thomas W.
