A transcribed copy of the deed of record for transfer of 80 acres within Buchanan County being the north half of the northwest quarter of section 29, township 57, range 35, from Alberry Fuquay owner to John Evans purchaser. Sale price of 2000 dollars. Transaction handled for Fuquay by his attorney James W. Whitehead of St. Joseph. Fuquay had previously purchased this land from Henry W. Hanson and wife.
