The Glass House Sandwich System opened in 1939 by E. H. Stewart, Glenn Gerald and Bradley Christie. Bradley & Stella Christie over the years would open the Snow White restaurant at Belt & Frederick.
The Christies retired in 1983 and closed the restaurant for the 1st time.
The Snow White located at Belt & Frederick would be sold and razed.
