Goodson, Fenton Noah: Medical License, Missouri, 1913. Medical License from State Board of Health, State of Missouri, dated Jan. 18, 1913. Certificate No. 17070.
This certifies that the State Board of Health of the State of Missouri has examinded the Diploma by Mehary Medical College, also license issued by Board of Health of the State of Nebraska to Dr. Fenton Noah Goodson., proposed residence, Buchanan County, Missouri and has found him to possess the requisite qualifications, and does herby issue to him this license to practice medicine and surgery in accordance with the provisions of the "Act to Regulate the Practice of Medicine, Surgery, and Midwifery, and to prohibit treating the sick and afflicted without a license and to provide penalties for the violation thereof" approved March 12, 1901, as amended and approved, March 21, 1903, as amended and approved April 10, 1905, premitting reciprocity, as amended and approved April 4, 1907. Given under the hands and the Seal of the State Board of Health of Missouri, this eighteenth day of January in the year A.D. 1913.
