Deaccessioned 06/11/2014. Not in Mission. Obsolete: Great Outdoors Book of Shells seems to be an update of an earlier work but this one with color photographs as well as black and white illustrations. It includes How to Clean Shells, and How to Recognize Ambergirs, a component in perfume, found in whales. Color plates include the genus and species as well as common name of each shell animal. Shells included are those found worldwide.
