Guide to Inventorying Ethnological Collections is for use in creating a universally consistent inventory and classification system for Ethnology Collections to allow a central depository of Inventory information across regions. It includes a universal Dictionary of artifact names and terms. This guide has been compiled by the efforts of those in Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma through a 1970 grant from the National Science Foundation. The author is on staff at the Musem of Anthropology, University of Missour--Columbia.
