Hanson, Henry and Ann Deed To Albury Fuquay , 1849.
The sum of $1000 was paid by Albury Fuquay in consideration of land in Buchanan County. The tract is the north half of the northwest quarter of section 29, in township 57, range 35, in the Buchanan County. There are 80 acres in that tract of land. It was signed by Henry and Ann Hanson. The forgoing deed was deposited for record on January 19, 1850. Signed by William Fowler Recorder by John A. Fowler Deputy. The deed is in book F page 98. Joel E. Gates Recorder of Deeds affixed his official seal in St. Joseph Mo. September 19, 1891.
