Seller was Henry W. and Anna Hanson. Purchaser was Thomas Wells. Sale price of 1200 dollars. Original agreement signed February 26, 1851. Filed with recorder William Fowler on February 27, 1851. Witnessed by Lewis Tracy, Justice of the Peace. Transcribed by county recorder Joel E. Gates on September 19, 1891.
