The land is the East half of the Northwest fractional quarter and the Northwest quarter of the Northwest fractional quarter of section 6 in township 6 North of range 15 East in the District of Lands subject to sale at Brownville Nebraska containing 119 and 69 hundredths of an acre. Dated May 1, 1861.
