Horrigan (Frisbee) Apartment House, 1200 Block S. 10th, Pony Express Museum Neighborhood, Color Snapshots (4), 1972. color. Photos of the row of three identical apartment buildings on the west side of the 1200 block of S. 10th Street, adjacent to the Pony Express Stables. These apartments were later, c. 1990s, donated to the Pony Express Museum and razed. In 1995the site was re-developed as Leah Spratt Park for use by Museum visitors. Various views of 2-story brick apartment houses, painted gold, occupied the full half-block from Penn St. to alley south. The lower apartments each had a covered front porch, and the 2nd story apartments had covered balconies.
