This box was a temporary loan given to the museum in 1983. The loan was set to expire on June 30, 1984. Due to the amount of time passed since the ending of the loan period, the repatriation process will be undertaken by SJM for the remains.
Description on loan intake form says these are box of assorted bones believed to be human, found north of Rushville in the bluffs following bulldozer excavation.
