Hyogo, Miss , A Journey of Friendship is a brochure documenting the history of Miss Hyogo and the other friendship dolls. The program was started by Dr. Sidney Gulick in 1927 when he sent dolls to schools in Japan. Japan responded by sending Miss Hyogo and other dolls to the United States. Miss Hyogo was given to the Children's Museum of St. Joseph which later became known as the St. Joseph Museum.
