I Wuv You Mouse on Wood Base from Rev. Ross McClellan

Object/Artifact

St. Joseph Museums

The image features a small decorative figurine of a mouse with large, exaggerated ears and closed eyes, crafted in a light, neutral color. This mouse is perched on top of what appears to be a stylized tree stump, also in a similar hue. A piece of string is tied around the stump and affixed to a wooden base with a smooth finish, which is carved into a semicircular shape. The words "I wuv you" are engraved or painted on the surface of this base in a friendly, cursive font, adding a sweet, affectionate sentiment to the piece. A small tag with handwritten numbers and notes is attached to the string, indicating it might be part of a collection or inventory. The background is a textured, white surface, setting a neutral tone for the figurine to stand out.
