The Ice Age in North America was published in 1896. The title page continues the title with: And its bearing upon the antiquity of man. There is an Appendix with an article titled: Probable Causes of Glaciation. This book contains a book plate and the signature of Luella Agnes Owen, a prominent resident of St. Joseph who was very interested in geology and well-known for this interest. Another book plate states that this book was from the library of Mr. W. Webb Wheeler.
