Instructions to Agents, Conductors and Baggagemen is a manual for use by the afore-mentioned persons. First is an index of Treasury and Freight Rules followed tables and charts of more information. Some pages are inserted upside down possibly because of revisions and changes added over time. There are also a few sheets giving Burlington Lines train orders, a clearance form and a check of train register dated in 1962.
