Iowa Point Town Company Land Deed to Willard P. Hall, 1860. For the consideration of twelve hundred and fifty dollars paid to Iowa Point Town Company land was sold to Willard P. Hall of Buchanan County Missouri. The land was located in Iowa Township in Doniphan County, in the Territory of Kansas lots 3 and 17 in block 1; lot 16 in block 4, lot 7 in block 15; lot 2 in block 19, lot 13 in block 26, lot 8 and 23 in block 27; lot 9 and 16 in block 28; lots 7 and 9 in block 38; lots 11, 16, and 47 in block 47 as known and described on plot of Iowa Point on file and recorded in recorders office at Troy County Seat of Doniphan County. In the Town of Iowa Point, to have and to hold the same unto the said Willard P. Hall his heirs and assigns forever. April 30, 1860.
In consideration of $1.00 paid by Mary D. Richardson to Willard P. Hall and Anne Hall do hereby sell and convey to Mary D. Richardson this land described in the foregoing, November 1862 signed Willard P. Hall and Anne Hall.
