James K. Scott Memoir is an account of Scott's experiences in the Union Army during the Civil War. Much of the time in this account was spent in northwest Missouri around Cameron, Kidder and Galatin. At the end he also makes note of the orchard he planted and the names of the apple trees planted. He liked, and made note of some puzzles, also. This is a photocopy of his actual diary.
