The fifteen years between 1760 and 1775 were the most important, the most significant, of John Adams's life. This was the time when Revolution was in the hearts and minds of the people. John was influential in keeping our country from ruin at this time. A family tree going back to England in the late 1500's and early 1600's is shown at the front of the book. The book starts with John as a boy, goes through his college years at Harvard and on into his years in politics and his influence in the history of our nation with the Continental Congress and the American Revolution.
