Description
The Journal of the Siam Society was a publication issued to members of that society periodically. Some of the chapters in this volume are titled: Early Portuguese Accounts of Thailand; and The Lawa of Umphai and Middle Me Ping. Also included is a review of books, an annual report of the organization and a list of members which includes the name of Miss E. S. Cole as an honorary member of the Thailand Research Society, July 31, 1940, giving her address as 2217 Jules St., St. Joseph, Mo, USA. This series was probably donated by Miss Edna S. Cole.
