Description
The Journal of the Siam Society was a publication issued to members of that society periodically. The first chapter seems to be a dissertation given on "The Story of Khun Chang Khun Plian"--a poet or writer of lyrics for songs in the Siamese society. Another chapter goes into the phonetic transcription of Thai characters into Roman. This series was probably donated by Miss Edna S. Cole.
