Kay (James) Residence, 6th & Felix, Photo, c. 1870's. Sepia Photo of large two story home, There is a gazebo in the foreground. A man in suit and woman in dark dress/hat are sitting in the yard. A servant in apron stands farther to the right. The street has been dug away so the house appears surrounded by a high dirt wall. Many leafless trees about the yard. The Kays were said to have lived here for 28 years.
