"Whereas Henry Krug and Louise Krug and William Krug of St. Joseph, Mo. desire to present the City of St. Joseph with the park known and called Krug Park and have tendered a deed of same is hereby accepted subject to all conditions.
Approved March 1, 1890, Signed: G. J. Engelhart, Mayor. attested by Purd B. Wright, City Clerk"
