Re: F. E. v. Bond
Dear Dr. O'Brien:
Thank you for your recent letter of July 10, 1973. Upon your return from vacation
would be sufficient time to forward the various information requested by myself
and Mr. Houdek during our last visit at your hospital.
The purpose of this letter is to advise yourself and for you to thereupon advise all
other supervisory personnel connected to any manner with the operation of the
Youth Center that since the attorneys in the above captioned case are now in the
process of discovery that no one in such positions should speak with any of the
attorneys representing the plaintiffs in the above captioned case concerning any
matter relative to the operations of the Youth Center at the hospital under any
conditions.
Mr. Houdek and I would like for you to convey this message to all supervisory
personnel who are in any manner connected with the operations of the Youth
Center as mentioned above and convey to them the fact that since this is a
matter under litigation and discovery is in process our request should be honored
without any exceptions.
Very truly yours.Lexicon
