Dear Dr. Robb:
Your recent letter addressed to Attorney General John C. Danforth
relative to the above captioned lawsuit has been received by this office.
This office will undertake to represent those defendants associated with the Division of Mental Health in the above lawsuit. Would you kindly advise all defendants associated with the Division of Mental Health of this letter. Furthermore, would you specifically advise those defendants associated with the St. Joseph State Hospital that I will be in contact with them soon relative to the defense of this lawsuit.
