Let No Guilty Man Escape is a judicial biography of "Hanging Judge" Isaac C. Parker. He was St. Joseph City Attorney in the 1860's and from there progressed in his political future in the state of Missouri. The account of his arrival in, and career in, St. Joseph is in Chapter One. He got the title of The Hanging Judge by his method of expediting trial cases and lightening his legal load. Our copy of the book is a copy of the original.
