A typed letter to C. Hart Merriam from Harry L. George informing him their upcoming travel to Alaska. Vol II pg. 102O
Dear Sir:
I have arrangements about made to leave here on the 22nd of June on my way to Alaska, and will be absent about four weeks. Bearing in mind your offer of assistance and the possibility that you may write to me or send me something during my absence, I am sending you this notice so that you may withhold anything you may desire to send me until after I have had a chance to return home, which will be about the same date in the month of July. Feeling sure you will appreciate my desire to save you all the trouble possible, I remain,
Yours very truly,Subject
