Dear Sir; -
Replying to yours of the 24th inst relative to securing specimens of work from the Tonkawa Indians will say, we think the lead you have is a good one and it will be well for you to follow it up. We are hundreds of miles from these Indians and would probably have to work through the same parties you have now in mind. as to the Caddo and Witchita nad Koiwa Indians, we will report as soon as we have anything definite to offer.
