At a meeting of the Board of Managers of State Lunatic Asylum No. 2 held upon the 4th day of June 1891 a motion was unanimously passed by the Board beseeching your Excellency to embody in your message to the called session of the Legislature a recommendation for the transfer of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) from the support of the Salary Fund to make good a deficient that unintentially resulted with the Thirty Sixth session.
