My Dear Governor:--
I enclose you extract from Minutes of Board of Managers of this institution. Hope that I am not worrying you with this matter; but we all are very anxious to have you ask the Legislature to transfer Two thousand ($2,000.0) Dollars to Officer Salary Fund from our Maintenance Fund.
Everything getting along very nicely; Five hundred and Sixty (560) patients; health of Institution very good.
