Dear Dr. McDonald:
I have your letter of June 30, 1970, regarding your Domestic Wine License.
I am sorry that you received No. 3 this year instead of No. 2. We had no prior information that you had a desire to retain No. 2, and the licenses were issued and numbered in a sequence in which applications were received. There is no way possible for us to recall No. 2 now and reissue it.
If you will remind us at the time you make your next application, we will be happy to realign the sequence which in all events must be done prior to the issuing of licenses.
