Dear Dr. McDonald - - -
Several years ago you sent me a tenth of your Ruby Cabernet wine. Last night we decided to try it. It was excellent . . . I don't know why so much lighter in color than ours here - - - perhaps home xxxxxxxxxxxxxx squeezing??? . Some sediment, but not the bottle-coating degree we get here with old Ruby Cabernet . . . A nice, clean, light and light red wine. Went beautifully with my perfectly cooked spare-ribs . . .
