Dear Sirs:
I am in need of a bag of 500 good Portuguese #9 corks, 1½" in length. Will you please ship them to me and bill me, or let me know what the cost is and I will remit immediately by check.
My previous supplier The Chicago Specialty Company of Chicago, Illinois has moved, or gone ut of business. My recent request for corks was returned, the letter unopened. Since my production of wine does not exceed 45 gallons a year, it id easy to see how a company could go out of business.
Your advertisement in "The American Journal of Enology and Viticulture" has intrigued me, and I would enjoy receiving one of your price lists or phamplets.
