Dear Dr. McDonald:
VITICULTURE AND ENOLOGY DELEGATION
Dr. C. S. Ough has relayed to me your expressed interest in joining the Citizen Ambassador Program Viticulture and Enology Delegation that will travel to Portugal and Spain under his leadership.
We are well into the development of this team, and would appreciate receiving your registration and deposit as soon as possible, if you will be able to participate. I have enclosed a registration form for your convenience.
As time for departure grows nearer, we are sending information about each participant to our hosts in Portugal and Spain. If your registration will be delayed, please notify our office. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions regarding this most interesting project.
