Dear Mr. McDonald:
The 74th General Assembly has repealed that section of the State Liquor Law which required that you as the holder of a limited light wine manufacturer's license provide a compliance bond.
Effective October 13, 2967, the compliance bond will automatically terminate. At your option, you may so notify your bonding company. The bond will be retained in our files, since liability thereunder still exits for that portion of the license year prior to October 13, 1967.
