A copy of a letter, on onion skin paper, from Wilbur P. McDonald, M. D. to Mr. Mark Miller, Benmarl Vineyards, Marlboro, New York, dated October 3, 1969.
The letters COPY in red ink are down the left hand side of the page.Context
Dear Mr. Miller:
Enclosed is an article from the Kansas City Times, Thursday morning, September 25, 1969, that is self-explanatory.
Any tips on how to grow Viniferas in Northwest Missouri where the temperature gets to 14° below zero every winter would be appreciated. Unless I go to bed with my vines, they do not survive.
Sincerely,Lexicon
