A copy of a letter, on onion skin paper, from Wilbur P. McDonald, M. D., to Mr. Harry Wiggins, Supervisor Department of Liquor Control, Jefferson City, Mo. dated December 18, 1968. The letters COPY in red ink are printed down the left hand side of the page.

Dear Mr. Wiggins: This is a request for permission to import 10m bottles of "Ruster Burgunder", each bottle containing 25 ounces of red wine, which has been shipped by Mr. Nicholas Reinprecht from Eisenstadt, Bergenland, Austria, to Mr. Roland E Recher of D. Recher & Company, 3246 N. Halsted St., Chicago, Illinois 65607, to be transhipped to me when I obtain permission to import it into the State of Missouri. This wine is for my personal use. Sincerely,
