Dear Dr. McDonald: Permission is granted for you to import 10 bottles of "Ruster Burgunder", each bottle containing 25 ounces of red wine, into the State of Missouri for your personal use. I am enclosing a copy of this letter which you may present to the transportation company as their authority for accepting shipment into the State of Missouri. Very truly yours,
