Dear Dr. McDonald:
Thank you for your note of March 27th regarding Mr. Cahal's bottles of 1890 and 1904 Lafite. If he could let me know how many are available I could make an appraisal which could be a reserve price for next year's auction.
Unfortunately, 1890 was a average year and 1904 rather disappointing in maturity. Nevertheless, there could be a market for them.
In the meantime, I hope that you both will plan to attend this year's auction event in May.
